The UTS people that I deal with on a daily basis have done an excellent job in communicating to my needs.

Due to the high demand in delivery of containers needed lately, I can’t say enough good things on all the help given – much appreciated – even with all my emails that sound so demanding – I always receive a response.

I like that I can track shipments in a number of different way (BOL, origin, ship date, UTS #, PRO#, etc.).

I also like that I can make up reports easily from the data I collect, for instance if I want to see how many shipments were made by a certain supplier in any given time frame.

Easy to file claims.

Ability to shop several shipping options quickly. Very competitive rates.

Our Sales Rep. keeps in touch and assists where needed. He has set up training with our warehouses so that they can schedule loads through the web site versus calling.
